Dual Credit Chemistry A (BSU)

The Dual Credit Chemistry course is a two semester course equivalent to a college level chemistry course. Students enrolled in the Dual Credit course will earn college credits from Boise State University. Students must enroll in both DC Chem A and DC Chem B to earn credit from BSU.
Acquaint students with chemistry and its relationship to other fields of study and modern life. This is a dual credit class for non-science majors. This class will not count towards a STEM degree. It is intended for students wanting to register for university credit. This is a GEM: Scientific Way of Knowing course.
Idaho High School Lab Science Requirement: This course fulfills the High School lab science requirement by the State of Idaho in that there are weekly opportunities to manipulate equipment, materials, specimens or develop skills in observation and analysis and discover, demonstrate, illustrate or test scientific principles or concepts.View full syllabus
