8th Grade Career Exploration

This CTE course covers the 16 Career Clusters and occupations within them, as well as employability skills such as time management, communication, and decision making. Students will learn about their personality, personal strengths, career options, and personal network. They will use a variety of online tools and career research sites to complete a portfolio that includes their 8th grade plan, their interest inventory results, and a summary of their future goals. This course is a Quality Matters certified online course. This is a CTE Digital class. View full syllabus.
