Graphic Design

This CTE course introduces you to the basics of graphic design. Students will learn digital
imaging and design, typography, layout and the universal “elements of design” used by
artists. It also addresses ethical design and image use, as well as careers in the digital
and graphic design field. By the end of the course, you should have a basic
understanding of how to create digital images for use in print or online formats. You will
complete an original graphic layout with a specific purpose demonstrating the elements
