Intro to Culinary Arts

This course will give you the basic fundamentals to start working in the kitchen and
gaining experience as you explore and establish your talents for cooking and preparing
food in a creative and safe way. In this course, you will cover careers in the food service
industry, basic nutrition, culinary arts safety, kitchen equipment and tools, and important
