Lifetime Fitness

Lifetime Fitness covers applicable information regarding behavioral changes and
exercise planning to improve personal fitness and overall wellness. Students will learn
how to assess current levels of fitness, identify areas of improvement as well as
understand and apply SMART goals. They will create an exercise plan based on their
learning of the muscles, heart, nutrition, hydration and other pertinent fitness material.
Students will be assessed through online discussion boards, lab activities, computer
