Lifetime Fitness 2

This course covers the importance and effects of exercise to the human body. Students
will learn more in-depth about muscular strength, endurance, cardiovascular health,
flexibility, and body composition. They will assess and analyze their current fitness
level, set SMART goals, design and implement a carefully monitored workout program,
and incorporate advanced fitness techniques in to those workouts. They will also
