Lifetime Fitness 1 covers applicable information regarding behavioral changes and exercise planning to improve personal fitness and overall wellness. Students will learn how to assess current levels of fitness, identify areas of improvement, as well as understand and apply SMART goals. They will create an exercise plan based on their learning of the muscles, heart, nutrition, hydration, and other pertinent fitness material.
