Physical Science B – Middle School

Physical Science B is the second semester course designed to expose the student to the fundamentals of the nature of matter and the laws and theories that govern chemistry. In this course, students will spend time studying the building blocks of matter, how atoms form compounds, chemical reactions, and acid base theory. This course meets the Idaho State Standards for Physical Science.  The standards covered in this course are aligned to meet grades 9-12 physical science standards. Middle school students may find this course more rigorous than a traditional middle school course. View full syllabus
